Mr. René Paquin has more than 25 years of experience in the construction field. The expertise he has developed has made him a specialist in cost control, management, and project planning. He is a master’s in planning complex projects and managing costs and resources. After having been responsible for business development and managing the human resources department while holding a leading role as general manager as well as director of the cost consulting department, he finally acquired the business. He continued what he had already started, namely, to develop a philosophy and a corporate culture that positions employees at the heart of the company.
