Reminder - Important to read*

The analysis and recommendations provided in this reserve fund study are based exclusively on the information collected through data collection, corresponding to steps 5. a) and 5. b) of the service offer (i.e. the information contained in this form). Any changes or updates to the reserve funds resulting from additional information provided subsequent to the data collection process will incur additional charges. These fees will be billed based on an hourly rate of $135/hour.

It should be noted that the reserve fund study provides an analysis based on the number of elevators initially declared by the Client. In the event that the actual number of elevators exceeds that declared at the time of submission of the initial questionnaire, additional charges will apply.

Any request for additional contribution scenarios, as well as any additional tasks or requests not specified in the original service contract, will be billed on an hourly basis at $135/hour.

It is important to emphasize that the inspection cannot be carried out without having first completed the data collection, corresponding to steps 5. a) and 5. b) of the service offer. Any delay in receiving this information will result in additional delays and postponement of the inspection.

Any request for additional fees will be communicated to the Customer before committing to any modification or update. This request for additional costs will systematically include an estimate of the fees. Customer acknowledges and agrees to this condition, understanding that any additional work necessary to make changes will be subject to this policy.
