  • Preparation of tender documents including general clauses, technical specifications, tender form, the required insurance, guarantees and the work schedule
  • Transmission of tender documents to contractors
  • Visits with bidders and preparation of addenda, if required
  • Bids Analysis and recommendations for the contract award
  • Preparation of contractual documents to be signed
